How do I book a tattoo with Ren?

Booking Process

Due to high demand and ongoing projects I have a limited number of spots available for new clients. I LOVE hearing your ideas and hope to fit in as many new clients as possible. To that end, my books open on a cycle (every few months). Once open, I accept submissions for 2-3 days, then review each submission and contact all clients within 3 weeks. If your submission is not accepted, I encourage you to submit again. Since I have limited appointments, It can take more than one submission to schedule your appointment - don’t give up!

Booking 101

Step #1: Sign-up for my newsletter, follow me @renglasstattoo and my tattoo shop @flowerhouse.tattoo on Instagram. I announce when my books are open in my newsletter and in my socials - make sure to sign-up to be notified!

Step #2: Submit your tattoo request when my books open. The link for submission will be posted on this website - in the navigation bar under “Booking.” My books are typically open for 2-3 days once announced. All submissions must be received during this time to be considered.

Step #3: Wait & check your email! I review all submissions after closing my books. Sometimes I have additional questions and will reach out to you. Please check your email for questions and information regarding your submission. You will receive a response within 3 weeks of submission.

Step #4: Tattoo Time or Submit Again! I accept as many new projects as possible. If your submission is accepted you will be contacted with details including scheduling, an estimate for your piece, deposit submission, etc. If I am not able to accommodate you during this round of booking, please submit again when my books open!
